We desire to provide opportunities for women to encourage and support one another toward personal, spiritual and relational wholeness.
Opportunities to Connect
Women's Small Group Bible Study
Tuesdays, January 16 - May 1, 2018
9:30-11:30am OR 6:30-8:30pm
We are going through Experiencing God, by Henry Blackaby. This classic study will guide you to experience a relationship with God through which you will come to know and do God’s will by learning to recognize when He is speaking.
Register in the lobby on Sundays or online at any time. The cost is $40/person for the morning or $35/person for the evening. Childcare available for morning study only.
Crafts, Coffee, and Connections
Ladies, join us on Saturday, April 28, 9am-4pm in the Mt. Hood/Mt. St. Helens Room for a day of crafts and connecting with others while working on your own projects. Bring your own craft and supplies, your own lunch, and a snack to share. Come and go as your schedule allows. We'll have a table for sharing supplies you no longer want/need. In order to have enough table space of everyone, please sign up in the lobby Sundays, April 8, 15, or 22, or online any time. Questions? Contact Marilynn Linscheid at 503.705.3135.
"To Retreat" means to leave our normally occupied positions and GO to a place of safety, quiet and seclusion. By going to a retreat, we physically remove ourselves from life's distractions, the demands of people in order to make space for God. Even Jesus recognized the value and need to get away. Mark 1:35 Very early in the morning Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place where He prayed. The Women's Ministry Team provides an annual "Retreat" in the fall where women come to be refreshed, inspired, spend time with God and to each other. Check back for details.
