Hi, I’m Mitch. My wife Betty and I have been part of the GPBC family for over 31 years, and during that time we’ve had the joy of serving in a variety of ways. Over the years we’ve been involved in ministries across the life of the church, and today we lead a small group and I serve on the Safety Team.
One ministry that’s especially close to my heart is Stephen Ministry. I’m grateful to serve as one of its leaders alongside a wonderful team, and I love that this ministry reflects something GPBC truly values—walking faithfully with people through life’s harder seasons with care, presence, and hope. Since the fall of 2025, I’ve also had the privilege of serving as an Elder.
Betty and I are blessed with three sons, two daughters-in-law, and one grandson—with another grandchild on the way. I’m retired and enjoy being a grandpa, tackling home and yard projects, golfing (not very well), traveling, and helping others.
