Crafts, Coffee, and Connection
Ladies, join us on Saturday, March 28, 9am-4pm in the Mt. Hood Room for a day of crafts and connecting with others. Work on those projects you never seem to have time for at home. Bring your own craft project, supplies, lunch, and a snack to share. Come and go. We'll have a table for sharing no-longer-wanted craft supplies. To reserve table space, register in the lobby Sundays, March 8-22, or at www.pdxchurch.org/events/reg. Questions? Contact Marilynn at 503.705.3135.

"Who do you say that I am?” – Jesus Christ
The most important question ever asked. Our answer not only determines our future but also how we live every day of our lives. But first, we have to know: who is Jesus? What did He say and do while He was on earth? Why should that matter to me today?
Whether you are just meeting Jesus for the first time or if you have known Him for years, the Scripture and in-depth, thoughtful questions in The Amazing Life of Jesus Christ will help you apply His truth to your life.
It’s time for you to answer the question Jesus still asks us today. How will you respond?
Women, join us to continue The Amazing Life of Jesus Christ, Part 2. Our term begins Tuesday, January 7 at 9:30am for brunch OR 6:30pm for dinner. Cost for the study is $25 for the morning or evening study. Childcare is available for the morning sessions only. Registration is open online. We look forward to seeing you there!
Special days of getting away from it all for special attention to prayer and connection to God are scheduled, normally annually. Stay tuned for the next prayer renewal event.
"To Retreat" means to leave our normally occupied positions and GO to a place of safety, quiet and seclusion. By going to a retreat, we physically remove ourselves from life's distractions, the demands of people in order to make space for God. Even Jesus recognized the value and need to get away. (Mark 1:35 "Very early in the morning Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place where He prayed.") The Women's Ministry Team provides an occasional"Retreat" where women come to be refreshed, inspired, spend time with God and to each other.
