We desire to provide opportunities for women to encourage and support one another toward personal, spiritual and relational wholeness.

Opportunities to Connect

Women's Small Group Bible Study

Tuesdays, April 4-May 23; 9:30-11:30am
Join us starting April 4 as we kick off our spring term with an eight-week study called “Psalms: Songs of the Heart” by Paulette Williams. This in-depth look at several of the Psalms will shape us and our relationship to our Savior as we see how those inspired by the Holy Spirit expressed in song their gratitude, love, and trust in God in the midst of their deepest joys, fears, and sorrows. Meet us April 4-May 23 from 9:30-11:30am in the Adult Class Wing. Cost is $15. Loving childcare provided. Register in the app or online at pdxchurch.org/events/reg.

Tuesdays, April 4-May 23; 6:30-8:30pm
Our spring term begins April 4 and we’ll be diving into into the book Revelation: Extravagant Hope by Margaret Feinberg. The final book of the Bible can be more than a little daunting, but if you look more closely, you’ll discover the extravagant message of hope contained within it. Revelation is a survival guide for the suffering, a book of promises for the persecuted, a banner of hope for the beaten down. Make this journey of extravagant hope together with us! Join us April 4-May 23 from 6:30-9:30pm in the Clackamas Room. Cost is $25. Children unavailable.

"To Retreat" means to leave our normally occupied positions and GO to a place of safety, quiet and seclusion. By going to a retreat, we physically remove ourselves from life's distractions, the demands of people in order to make space for God. Even Jesus recognized the value and need to get away. (Mark 1:35 "Very early in the morning Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place where He prayed.") The Women's Ministry Team provides  an occasional "Retreat" where women come to be refreshed, inspired, spend time with God and to each other.
