Women's Small Group Bible Study

Strengthen your faith and your friendships. This fall we’ll study Abide, a study in 1, 2, and 3 John by Jen Wilkin. This study will invite us to explore what it truly means to live in close relationship with God through His word. Jen emphasizes the importance of more than just reading the Bible, but allowing it to shape our lives and deepen our faith. We’d love to connect with you. Cost is $25. Questions? There are many questions about Heaven. The evening Bible study offers a study on heaven from the Biblical viewpoint entitled When Faith Becomes Sight, by Jennifer Rothschild. Jennifer separates what's true about Heaven from legend, media depictions, and hopeful guesses. Together we will not only gain a deeper understanding of what God has prepared for His children, but also learn how to live with confidence today as we look forward to the glorious unending that awaits. Ladies, if you are unable to attend the weekly Tuesday Bible studies, consider joining us once a month on the fourth Saturday of each month in the Clackamas Room from 8:30-10:00am as we learn from the women of the Bible. NO prep needed, simply show up for a meaningful time of connection with other ladies through the Word of God.

Retreat
2026 Women’s Retreat: "Held Steady"
8:30 am Saturday, October 10 - Sunday, October 11, after lunch

Registration has closed; however, all who have a balance can still make payments toward that amount. All payments are due before arrival at the retreat center. The retreat runs from Saturday, October 10 at 8:30am through Sunday, October 11 (after lunch).
"To Retreat" means to leave our normally occupied positions and GO to a place of safety, quiet and seclusion. By going to a retreat, we physically remove ourselves from life's distractions, the demands of people in order to make space for God. Even Jesus recognized the value and need to get away. (Mark 1:35 "Very early in the morning Jesus got up, left the house and went off to a solitary place where He prayed.") The Women's Ministry Team provides an occasional "Retreat" where women come to be refreshed, inspired, spend time with God and each other.
Prayer Renewal
Special days of getting away from it all for special attention to prayer and connection to God are scheduled, normally annually.
